I was able to get Sleep Innovations to send me a replacement (in the process). Mattress has a 10 year warranty. Call their CS 732-263-0800. All I need to do is provide receipt/picture of the dip(place a broom stick/yard stick across the surface to show the curve). Everything done on-line, what a breeze! Go luck guys This is a follow up. Our experience is that this matteress gets better longer it has been in service. I've actually been thinking of buying a second one for our camper. My husband and I both loved it for about 9-10 months, now his side has broken down and become very soft, like he's sleeping in a hole. This is causing a lot of back and side pain and sleeplessn nights for both of us. My side has held up fine, I don't think the quailiy will support someone 6'2 and 210 lbs.
